The Death Valley Tour departs from Bikers West at 7:00 am Friday Morning. The Tour Package includes hotel accommodations, bike rental, unlimited mileage, and Park entrance fees. LIMITED TO 4 RIDERS.
Day 1 (Friday) – Leave Los Angeles heading toward Mojave, then up through the Owens Valley to the Lone Pine. In Lone Pine we will tour the Alabama Hills – the famous spot for the Hollywood Westerns made in the 50’s, 60’s and 70‘s, with the majestic Mount Whitney (California's’ highest mountain at 14,496 ft above sea lever) and the Sierra Nevada Mountains as a backdrop.
Day 2 (Saturday) – We leave Lone Pine and head east into Death Valley, stopping at Stove Pipe Wells, then up to Scotty’s Castle, back down to Furnace Creek and stop for the night in Pahrump at the Saddle West Hotel/Casino & RE Park, to warm up our gambling skills for Las Vegas.
Day 3 (Sunday) – We leave Pahrump and head to Fabulous Las Vegas for an afternoon and evening of pleasure indulgence.
Day 4 (Monday) – We ride through the Valley of Fire and Hoover Dam
Day 5 (Monday) – We leave Las Vegas (hopefully not broke) and head towards Los Angeles, with a stop at Calico Ghost Town.
Tour 2 – Friday & Saturday in Lone Pine to enjoy the Film Festival.
On Sunday we head into Death Valley stopping at Stove Pipe Wells, then up to Scotty's Castle, back through Furnace Creek and down to Pahrump for the night.
Monday morning we head to Red Rock Canyon then on to Las Vegas.
Tuesday we ride through Valley of the Fire and Hoover Dam. Wednesday morning we head back to Los Angeles, arriving between 3:00pm and 5:00 pm Tuesday afternoon

Deposit and payment Information: 50% of the Tour Price and your executed Tour Agreement are required 60 days prior to Departure Date. The balance is due 45 days prior to Departure Date and will be automatically deducted from your credit card at that time. BIKERS WEST requires a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) in the rider's name for a damage/security deposit in the amount of $2500.00 for Honda Goldwings and $1,000.00 for all other bikes. PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Tour Cancellation Policy : If a Tour Participant decides to cancel the trip, the following fees apply at the time BIKERS WEST receives written notice: (1) 45 days or more before Departure Date - 10% of Tour Cost, or at least US $200.00 (whichever is greater) will be retained. (2) 44- days or less before Departure Date - 50% of Tour Cost will be retained.(3) Departure Date and NO SHOWS: 100% of Tour Cost will be retained. NO allowance or refund can be made for any accommodations, excursions or portions of the Tour, when Tour Participant (s) do not participate, regardless of the reason. BIKERS WEST reserves the right to cancel a Tour. If BIKERS WEST cancels the Tour, 100% of the Tour Cost Deposit will be refunded.
NOTE: 4 RIDERS ARE REQUIRED BEFORE BIKERS WEST PROVIDES A VAN FOR THIS TOUR.
